Not only did she completely sell me on her vast knowledge of the Martinez area, she told me that she was more than happy to hold my hand throughout the entire process being that this was my first home purchase. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint and did exactly what she said she would do and WAY MORE. As First Time Home Buyers, she walked us through what we needed to understand of the market and the trends. We put an offer on the first place but the owners were stonewalled, and she also said it wasnt worth our time or money. The second place we saw and got our offer accepted in a 24 hour time window.
