ZillowVERIFIED Brittany is the best realtor on the Gulf Coast! We purchased our first home with her almost 3 years ago and sold the same home with her last month! She had our home under contract in less than 2 days! If we could have taken her with us to Louisiana for the purchase of our new home we would have! Shes extremely sweet, so knowledgeable, always available to answer questions and works with you every step of the way! We are thankful for all that she did for us on the buying and and the selling end!

ZillowVERIFIED Brittany was refereed to us by a friend. He had nothing but great things to say about her. So we reached out to her and was very happy and grateful to have her help us buy our first home. From the very first time we spoke to the closing of our home, she was there with knowledge and experience. She walked us though the whole process with easy. We were very nervous about buying our first home. Brittany did an amazing job at putting our fears to rest. Any time we had any questions about anything, she was always just a call, text or email away. The first time we talked was over email. I emailed her around 10pm and we talked by email for almost 2 hours. She listened to everything we wanted and always had best interest at heart. I am not sure if my wife and i would have done this whole process without her. She freaking ROCKS!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Outstanding realtor and enjoyed working with her. Our only problem was buyers that were not complete with their financing and we could not close on the house. This delayed a couple of months, until another buyer came, but Brittany was on top of it and helped us work through it all.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Brittany to purchase a home out of state. Throughout the process, Brittany was extremely knowledgeable, professional and dependable. We always felt like her first priority - she dedicated a huge amount of time to make sure we always felt comfortable during the transaction. After we purchased our home, Brittany even went by to check the progress of work that we were having done since we were out of state. We can't say enough good things about Brittany - she's trustworthy, compassionate and hard working. Highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Brittany is very detailed. When she takes you to a showing, you will have every bit of information possible on the property and area comps. She managed to point things out at several properties that we would never have thought about. She is a very professional agent and we would work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Brittany was awesome she was there for me whenever I needed anything. I work away from home but even when I was gone she was still helping by finding what I was looking for, sending me houses she thought I would like, and answering any questions that I may have had. This was my first home purchase and I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better person to help me through it.

ZillowVERIFIED We had previously talked to Brittany a year before we sold our home and then decided to wait. Once talking and listing home with her. We met with her and talked prior to putting our home on the market . When using her advice for listing, we had people looking at home very constant. We had offers we turned down , because of price and when accepting a fair offer the process was very well coordinated with ample notice for visits and inspections. I would recommend her for any listing.

She says im sick and im not going to make it. So if she would have called first thing that morning , it wouldn't have been a problem. Nope call after your suppose to be somewhere. In closing i waited all week for her , then Thursday gets here and she doesnt show.

ZillowVERIFIED She was great. From the moment we met she was honest and upfront about information. She always texted me back and got me the information I needed. She fought battles for us to make sure we got what we wanted and took the backlash if there was any. A wonderful experience. She explained things to us we didn't know and helped us in making the best decision for our family. Because of Brittany, we got the better end of the deal! Would use her again in a second!

ZillowVERIFIED This is by far the best realtor on the gulf coast! Super motivated and knowledgeable! She truly cares for her clients and listens to their needs, a true southern bell with top notch southern hospitality as the basis for her business model. If you are looking to buy or sell look no further than Brittany, she surpassed any realtor we used in the past by getting our house out there and actually marketing it! I couldn't be happier with the results she produced, our house was getting showings within the first week of listing, and had offers put in on it within the first 45 days! If you have a house that's been on the market for more than 9 months, give this girl a call, you wont be disappointed. Thank-you Brittany Geotes! You helped this family move on to the next best thing, and got a new family a solid home!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homeowner, we didn't know the process of buying a home but Brittany was awesome from day one! Our situation was different because one of us is gone for 2 weeks at a time so we couldn't view houses often but she quickly made appointments for all the homes and showed us every home we asked to see in our time frame! She recommended a great lender, Michael Cobb with Supreme Lending, who closed on our house within 30 days without any setbacks! Brittany was available any time of day or night and quickly responded to all questions and concerns that we had via text, Facebook messenger, email or phone! She is a realtor who will be present every step of the way! We highly recommend Brittany for all of your home buying needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Brittany recently helped us find our home! Her professionalism, her promptness, her honesty and such a sweet girl. She always returns a text or call. Dependable. We started with a much mature realtor at first. Go with the younger, go getters like her. They help you speed the process . Also her knowledge of offers letters by computer signing. Where more mature realtor had us sign papers the old fashion way. She worked well communicating with mortgage company and having all inspections done in timely matter. Cause for us, timing in a home before year end was important.

ZillowVERIFIED Our home had been for sale and rent with another agent and agency for years, on and off. We decided to list with Brittany who quickly learned what we expected and needed, listed and showed our home, and we finally closed on a successful, timely sale. We found Brittany was as interested in selling our home as we were; very personable, always keeping in contact with us, and very trustworthy.

ZillowVERIFIED Brittany is the best realtor on the Mississippi Gulf Coast! She will go out of her way to make sure you are happy and in the know regardless of the time of day. She continued to work with me even though she was planning a wedding, getting married and going on a honeymoon! My boyfriend and I had a very small budget (80k) and she treated us as though we were buying a million dollar home. We had several loops to jump through and she helped us to not give up on our home search. She is very knowledgeable about every area on the gulf coast. She fought for very specific additions to our contract (home warranty for example). I am very thankful because we immediately had an issue with the hot water heater that was fixed with the warranty. She does not have automatic emails being sent to you everyday like some other realtors. She is always there when you have a question or concern. Overall, I would recommend using Brittany as your realtor! We will definitely use her again when we get ready to sell/buy in the future!!!
