Brittany is very professional and knowledgeable. As a former real estate company owner, she rates as one of the best I've seen. Everything went very smooth and easy. She was there all the way.

Lindsay truly considered all of our needs when it came to buying in N Myrtle and then when it came to selling my home this year. Would recommend and I will be looking for her help in future purchases. She knows buying and selling, even at the beach, which can be tricky with all its special rules and regs.

We interviewed several agents in the Conway area and were impressed with her background and how she presented herself and her company. She responded quickly if we had issues or questions and was there for us every step of the way... definitely would recommend her as your go to agent

We've purchased nine houses in our life time through eight different Realtors around the country and Lindsey ranks at the top of our list. Professional and worked hard for us.

We have worked with many real estate agents over the years, buying six homes and selling five. Brittany is an exceptional agent, the best we have ever encountered. We were impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and work ethic. Brittany is very dedicated to her clients, always promptly responding to every call, email, or text. Her expertise and advice were invaluable, from the listing with outstanding photos, video, and home description, through the offer and negotiations, to a smooth and timely closing. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend Brittany and her entire team of professionals, who surpassed all of our expectations, and were a joy to work with!

Brittany and her team listened to what our expectations, time frame and concerns were. She gave us a realistic listing price and accurate time frame on how long our house would be listed before being sold. She was always available with any questions and/or concerns. Working with her team was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend her team.

Brittany and her team were great the entire time with the sale of my house. She was extremely helpful being that I was not in the state. She was very knowledgeable and was very honest about the whole process! I would totally recommend her and I would use her again!

Brittany Foy is THE best agent in South Carolina (and the country, I'm sure!) and it's clear as to why. Often, there is a downside to working with the "best" in any industry, but not when it comes to Brittany. Brittany is never too busy and you always get her best! She is honest, loyal, compassionate, and massively attentive. Her dedication and communication skills are unparalleled. She knows the Myrtle Beach (and surrounding areas) market unlike anyone else and she works relentlessly for her clients. I was lucky enough to be on the receiving end of her representation and not only will I use her for every future purchase and sale, but I will also recommend her to everyone I know. In Brittany's case, working with the best really is the best!

we have bought and sold many Homes and have worked with many realtors and i will say without hesitation Brittany Foy was the absolute best. She is the consummate professional who always gives you the feeling that you are her only client. I am an early riser and one morning at 5:30 am i sent her a text that she would see when she got up 5 seconds after i sent it she was writing her reply. She sets the bar high and is worth every cent she earns.
