ZillowVERIFIED We first met Brittany in April '23 when my wife and I were interested in viewing a lake property. At the time we were not serious buyers; however, Brittany stayed in touch and checked in with us periodically. We ultimately purchased the property in Dec '23. Throughout the process Brittany was patient and responsive to any and all of the questions we had. Brittany is a knowledgeable, professional, and caring realtor. I would highly recommend reaching out to her if you're in the market for a new home. Thank you, Brittany for helping us find our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED I have never been involved in buying a house. A friend sent me a link to a house on zillow. I requested to see it and I was connected with Brittany Fish. She met me at the house right away and talking with her I felt confidant about trying to buy this house. She made the offer for me, recommended that I write a letter and they chose me. Brittany was there with me every step of the way. When there was a bump she helped me over it. Now I have a house and Brittany helped me get it.

ZillowVERIFIED After a very painful experience in my life, I was ready to rebuild my life, and into it walked Brittany. The perfect house for me had been on the market for over 9 days when I found it. Brittany walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and protected my interests while dealing with a rather difficult seller and his agent.Even after the closing, she and her husband were extremely gracious and helpful in handling some of the repairs the seller refused to do after having initially agreeing to them.I can honestly say Brittany is a very thoughtful, caring person first and foremost. But that also translates to her being a wonderful agent who truly looks out for her clients' interests.I don't expect to anytime soon, but when I'm ready to purchase again, she will definitely be my first choice.Blessings to you always, Brittany. And thank you for everything!!Janet

ZillowVERIFIED Brittany showed us multiple homes, narrowing down what we wanted. She kept the sellers agent moving when negotiations seemed to be stalled. Brittany took us thru the process flawlessly. We were looking prior to the sale of our house and stated we had time to look. We never felt she was pushing us to a specific house and we probably viewed 20. She will also be listing my fiancA(C)s house in the near future and, if we can convince her, mine as well. And all within the restrictions of COVID. Awesome is not high enough for this lady.

ZillowVERIFIED My family was extremely fortunate to have such an excellent experience having Brittany Fish as our realtor with our recent home purchase. She was extremely knowledgable and professional. Any time we had any questions she was very prompt in getting us the answers we needed. We had quite a picky list of what we wanted in a home and she found us exactly what we were looking for. Even though our sale has been finalized for a while now, she still checks in with us to see how we are doing. I would highly recommend Brittany to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Not only is she a great realtor, but she is a genuinely kind person and I know our friendship will continue outside of our business relationship.

ZillowVERIFIED Brittany is amazing. We had no idea what we were doing when it came to buying a home. Our 1st home was a lease to own so we were in over our heads when it came to an actual home purchase. She made everything make sense. It felt as though her and her family were the ones buying a new home. She treated the whole process like it was her own. No matter what, she always answered my questions. A few times we emailed at 1 or 2am. She was up working, writing an offer on a house we'd found. Moving is no fun but she made it work. She got us through it. I'll never refer anyone else. Brittany Fish !!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brittany has sold two residential properties for us. In both, she demonstrated knowledge, friendly professionalism, and above par service. She knows the market and gives highly accurate valuations. She was very kind to our buyers and made the entire process easy and stress free. Brittany also has developed relationships with lenders, title companies, inspectors, etc - her contacts in those area helped tremendously as we dont live in the area. With Brittany, you get a dynamic and deeply caring professional! We strongly recommend her!
