I reached out to Brittany a couple years ago inquiring about the process and loan types, but wasn't until recently that I was ready to purchase. I was searching for something specific, something that fit me. Throughout myself scanning multiple listing sites to find one that the other hadn't posted, she would send me listings every day in the criteria I was on the search for. When we found something that I liked we would see it that evening, and most times multiple listings. She is very knowledgeable in her line of work. When this house finally listed she reached out to me and scheduled a walk through the same day. After going under contract and having a couple issues on my end of the closing, she ensured me to trust the process. One would have most likely give in after two and half months of being under contract, but she always made sure that I was at ease. The simplicity of having to sign documents under contract made it very accommodative as they were all electronic sent via e-mail. We had to go through most of the house-buying process from the other side of the country, and having Brittany working for us here was a huge load off my shoulders. I contacted Brittany after I was recommended her by a friend. I've never sold a house before as this was the first I've bought. She explained to me exactly the steps to sell and how everything worked. Within an hour of contacting her she was sending me the comps, her ideas for when to list, how much to list for, and recommendations for setup for showings and such. As soon as she listed the house we got great activity on it, and had multiple offers. She advised me on all the overall costs from each offer, constantly went over numbers and offers to protect me the best she could from coming out of pocket, and always had my best interests in mind. Even after a few losses from various issues on the buyers side of a few offers, she kept working and found a buyer for me with plenty of time to spare before my move.
