Brittany Colbert was 15 out of 10! Brittany went above and beyond for the sale of our home. When I had the loss of my Mom in late March 2023, I knew my Dad could not live alone anymore, therefore I knew we needed to sell the home. When searching in the Tavares area for a real estate agent, I found Brittany after looking at the other homes for sale in the 55+ community. Brittany helped me with so many things during this time, I am forever grateful for her professionalism and down to earth nature, as well as her expertise in all things related to the real estate process. She helped me figure out the best way to position the home for sale and what price to go in at to give me the absolute best chance that the buyers would be agreeable to.
