We raised our 3 children in this house, but they have since grown and moved on, so it's back to just me and husband again, with a house that was too big and a pool that we rarely used. The photographer with whom the agency uses was top notch and professional. The pictures were outstanding. Even used a drone for overhead shots as the property is on a lake. She went right to work once pics were done with a well written HAR description. Had about a dozen showings in the first few days and dealt with two offers. This is where Brittany showed her skill. We focused on one bid and got a signed contract shortly thereafter. I was amazed. Excellent price and terms. Brittany and her team were always on the ball and had quick responses to questions. I am fairly experienced with real estate, having been a small time real estate investor and owner of several properties over the years so I can be picky and do not accept anything less than knowledgeable real estate professionals. This transaction was tough in that I was selling my home in CA and trying to find a home in TX that I could move into somewhat seamlessly. I wanted to do a contingency offer on a TX home in a tough market where those just weren't being accepted. I was also looking for a "special" property in a particular area - Friendswood. I wanted a half acre or more of land in an area where not many homes are on the market due to being a fairly small town. Brittany is a true professional and exceeded all expectations. It was a challenging journey, but she got it done and advocated for my family incredibly well. Brittany listened and understood what my family was looking for. She literally found us that needle in a haystack home. A seemingly impossible find and we needed to find something in a short window of time. We ended up getting a contingency offer accepted on the perfect TX home in the area we wanted and closed in exactly the time frame we envisioned. I honestly can't say that things could have worked out better. To top things off, Brittany provided referrals to every professional we needed to make the home our own. Being new to the area, this was very important to us. All connections she helped make for us were top notch.
