ZillowVERIFIEDI was a first-time home buyer searching for my first home and Brittani helped me throughout the whole process. She helped me look at plenty of houses and was open and honest whenever we were in one. Brittani pointed out the good, the bad, and the ugly, always tried to gauge my comfort with the home. She discussed with me in every home so we could figure out what I was looking for. When I found one I really liked, Brittani took me a second time and walked me through the process of offers, negotiation, and inspections. Even when it got really tough and I was at a peak of anxiety, she talked me through it and made sure I was 100% comfortable before going forward. She explained everything in the process, beginning to end, very thoroughly, which was very important to me as a first-time home buyer! Brittani was always responsive when I had a question and would call if it was a question that needed a more in-depth answer.I'm so grateful to Brittani and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home, especially if you're a first-time home buyer like I was!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I first connected with Brittani I was looking at another part of Harford County. On the day we met at my first showing, Brittani really listened to me. She learned what activities I enjoy, what lifestyle I live, and what is important to me in my home and surroundings. She recommended that I broaden my search to include Havre de Grace. Brittani was spot on with her recommendation, because she took the time to get to know me. Havre de Grace checks off all my boxes.Brittani took me on so many appointments not letting me settle until I found the perfect fit. Once we found the place, Brittani guided me through the rest of the process - mortgage lenders, title companies, insurance companies, paperwork, etc. No matter what my question, Brittani responded within minutes. When the seller became hard to reach, Brittani kept me updated, so I never felt uneasy. When there was a speedbump at inspection and appraisal, Brittani renegotiated my offer to one that was fair to me and the seller.I will give Brittani Reed a 5 star review wherever I can and recommend her to whomever will listen.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Brittani Reed at Keller Williams to purchase a house and she is absolutely wonderful! Not only is she great at her job, but she is very sweet and friendly. With the market being so hot, she helped advocate for us and give us advice so we could make aggressive offers and get the house we wanted. We loved working with Brittani and will definitely be using her again in the future!
