Melissa has been a helpful source of information in the years leading up to our decision to buy a home. In 2019 we decided to pull the trigger and buy house. Melissa gave valuable insight into how (from a financial perspective) to prepare for buying our first house and pointers on where to start to understand how to best qualify for a home loan. Once we were ready to start shopping, Melissa referred me to an amazing lender that I ended up working with to get our loan who in turn referred me to an excellent insurance broker whom I now use for all my insurance needs. I love the network we are part of as a result of our relationship with Melissa! From a knowledge perspective Melissa is invaluable! No matter how many questions I had (and still have lol) she was and still is always ready and willing to answer them for me or help me find the answers. 2019 was a competitive market and in order to see and buy a house we had to be able to be flexible in timing and Melissa always accommodated our schedule to help us view a home ASAP. She is incredibly knowledgeable with regard to the whole metro area which was invaluable to us. Melissa always had excellent insight into neighborhoods and more importantly, the house itself. Melissa is exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to identifying potential issues, "tell tale" signs of problems that I never would have noticed if I were by myself. Melissa is honest and genuine and I never felt like she was just trying to sell me house or trying to get me to buy an expensive one. It always felt like she was trying to help my fiance and I find the right home! Between her sweet attitude, expertise and network my fiance and I had a smooth experience buying a home from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Melissa to my best friends, my family and anyone looking to begin their home buying journey. There is no reason to look any further because she is the best!
