Britney was a joy to work with. From start of search to the final signature, she stayed in touch with me almost every day. There were a lot of repairs that the seller needed to do before we signed the final sale agreement and Britney was in the midst keeping track of the work done and keeping everyone on their toes. I didn't have to do much but wait for things to be done. I would recommend Britney, not only for her professionalism, but also for her friendliness and good nature. Britney is a phenomenal realtor and person. For months Britney showed me nearly everything in my price range. She was even willing to commute to nearby towns on multiple occasions. We previously had 2 homes under contract which didn't work out for a number of reasons, but this gal stuck by us. She is very knowledgeable, always available, and was willing to work late to get documents in order, etc. When I did finally close on our new home, Britney had it professionally cleaned for us. She even dropped by today to deliver a Thanksgiving gift. Even after we closed, Britney is still out there making sure we are taken care of. I have worked with a few different realtors over the years, and Britney is easily the best. I highly recommend contacting her. She really looks out for your best interests and doesn't settle for mediocrity. We are happy to have found her and you will be, too.
