Britany was very responsive and professional throughout the house buying process. She was insightful about the houses as her knowledge of the houses of Evanston is extensive. She was available to answer any questions I had gave great advise when asked, but also let me make my own decisions no pressure to buy or pick a certain house the first one I selected did not work out but she kept looking and giving suggestions. I finally found one in my budget and that I liked. I would definantly recommend her to someone looking for a home in the area.

Britany was absolutely amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions quickly. She got us into our new house and sold our old one in less than a month. She helped us out every step of the way, and even let us use her moving truck for free! I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Buying a condominium ?

I always recommend an inspection on any real estate purchased. You need to know what is covered in your dues and the bi laws. You will also need to know who holds the master policy for the insurance and usually you can get a discount on insurance if you use the same company.

Why is San Francisco so expensive?

A local realtor will be able to help you with all of these questions and point you in the right direction for a lender to see what you can qualify for and if there are any homes in your price range. I would be happy to refer you to an agent who has the right experience to best help you!
