She was available to answer any questions I had gave great advise when asked, but also let me make my own decisions no pressure to buy or pick a certain house the first one I selected did not work out but she kept looking and giving suggestions. I always recommend an inspection on any real estate purchased. You need to know what is covered in your dues and the bi laws. You will also need to know who holds the master policy for the insurance and usually you can get a discount on insurance if you use the same company.
A local realtor will be able to help you with all of these questions and point you in the right direction for a lender to see what you can qualify for and if there are any homes in your price range. I would be happy to refer you to an agent who has the right experience to best help you!
