Review Britany came ready with comparisons and gave me a great idea of where the listing price of my house should start. The house was on the market less than 10 days before it sold. The responsiveness, the feedback, the knowledge of what helps the home appraise for what its worth was golden. I would work with this realtor again. Aside of calming my concerns what the negotiations she was just available to listen.

Review It was our first time selling a home and we had to do so on short notice, from out of state. Britany helped us get on track to sell our home, and made the process as stress-free as possible despite us moving and selling remotely! Her fantastic work got MANY offers on our home within the first day of listing, and helped us walk away with more of a net than we anticipated! She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Review The best realtor we could have asked for! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. She is the type of realtor you hope to stay friends with at the end of your home-buying process. She was a great resource during our loan/negotiation process. We didn't have an easy lender (no fault of Britany) and she was 100% available for our concerns and she always pushed when things weren't going in the right direction. She was always quick to respond to concerns and communicated with a great attitude even when the lender was unprofessional. She will treat you like family and I will always encourage anyone to go with her. As her client I never questioned her intentions or word. She far exceeded what I ever imagined. I live in Chicago and couldn't come out to TN to see every property that came on the market.
