ZillowVERIFIED We bought our home with Brigitte in 2015 and couldn't be happier. She negotiated every repair we wanted, held our hand through the process, and was SO kind and professional. There were multiple offers on our home, and she navigated the process quickly and carefully without having us over bid. While negotiating repairs, she advocated for us several times. She even left our kids a basket of toys, crayons, etc. when we closed. I recommend using Brigitte because she is not overbearing or fake, lets you make your own decisions, and then guides you through what can be an emotional and strategic process.

ZillowVERIFIED Brigitte was an absolutely amazing agent from the very first time she showed us homes to handing us our keys. She has a great work ethic, was highly responsive to my questions and requests, gave great insight into the process when I had questions, but was never pushy or tried to lead me to any conclusions. Brigitte really had a wealth of experience, which as a first time buyer, I REALLY appreciated and valued. She handled the negotiations of repairs very well and everything went smoothly there. It's very obvious that Brigitte is passionate about being a great agent and making sure the customer is happy and that showed at every step of the process. She really played a huge role in us getting our dream home at a good price, everything went smoothly and we closed on time (using a VA Loan). I really cannot imagine an agent doing more for a buyer than Brigitte did in helping me purchase my dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED In my estimation Brigitte Jones set the standard for excellence. Ms. Jones, who had truly listened, knew exactly what I wanted in a "forever home" (I'm 72) and led me to my beautiful new town-home. So important to me was her understanding of the SW Washington competitive, multiple-offer environment and her obvious years of experience...which kept me from making snap decisions. Her recommendations for both lender and home inspection were great too. Those things, and throughout her consistent doing exactly what she said she would do allowed me to trust her completely. Whether setting an instant walk-thru appointment, helping me to "think through" what I'd looked at and how it fit my ultimate objectives, or reassuring me when discouraged, she gave me complete confidence that I would find the exact home I wanted. And I did! (And, even when pending that place looked like it may have insurmountable problems, she quickly found a back-up...just in case.) For me, it doesn't get much better than that. So thank you Ms. Jones...my gratitude is endless.

ZillowVERIFIED Brigitte is extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and incredibly patient. We've been back and forth for about 3 years trying to decide whether to buy or build. No matter how many times we'd call her, she was responsive and supportive of either decision. But she knows the area really well, and has experience building too. She provided great insights and candid advice throughout the process. And she was a strong advocate for us in the negotiation process. Personally, I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, she's who I'm calling!

ZillowVERIFIED I would definitely use and recommend Brigitte and her REDFIN team to my family and friends. We had met with Brigitte 6 in January of 2016 and interviewed her and learned the market value of our home would not get us to our goal. Other realtors we interviewed told us our market value was higher. We trusted Brigitte's opinion over others and are glad we did. 5 months later she contacted us and said there had been a significant change to the market. We listed for tens of thousands of dollars over what we wanted in January and received over the our asking price. We looked at homes and she guided us to the neighborhood were in now. Purchased the home below asking price. Brigitte is a true real estate professional whos experience over delivered in our buying and selling experience. She has a solid team behind her that ensured we were greatly satisfied. P.S. We saved money on selling our home using Brigitte and actually received a $2700.00 check after closing on the home we purchased. As I am writing this and reflect on our experience I feel like I am doing a commercial for her and Redfin.
