ZillowVERIFIEDWhile relocating back to Colorado from out of state, Brigette helped us find our dream home in our price range. She is extremely knowledgable about the current realestate market in Denver and is a true professional in the field! She is extremely responsive and made the process very easy for us! ZillowVERIFIED Brigette was great to work with! As first time home buyers she explained the process very clearly to us in order to aid in our decision making. We were very comforted by her knowledge of the current market and what we should be on the lookout for in terms of negotiation, the contract process, and house inspection. She was readily available for us and moved the process along as quickly as possible. Pretty exceptional considering we started the entire process just a week before Thanksgiving. We will certainly recommend her and work with her in the future! Thank you Brigette!

ZillowVERIFIED Brigette and her staff were very knowledgeable. They knew the areas and the market we were looking for. Brigette was VERY patient and helped us find the perfect house. She negotiated for us and we benefited from her skill. She walked us through the process and took notes and reminders to send us regarding maintenance and upkeep on the house. She stayed in touch after the sale to make sure all was going well. My husband and I highly recommend Brigette and her staff if you are looking for someone who has the expertise, knowledge and patience to stay with you until you find the perfect house!

ZillowVERIFIED Brigette has been our property manager of 2 homes for the last 8-9 years. She has done an exceptional job. We don't have to worry about the properties as she is always on top of everything. When we sold one of the properties she was wonderful in managing the transition to the sale of the property. I can't say enough about Brigette except thank you for all you do!

ZillowVERIFIED I went to Brigette with an idea to buy but was more looking rather than seriously buying. Brigette understood the requirements very well and found a match that made me want to buy rather than just look. Her persistence made this happen. We got a condo with a roof-top terrace that was perfect and a good deal. We were out of state making a long-distance purchase. She made sure the purchase went through without a hitch. Also her recommendations for service support were spot on. I would recommend Brigette for anyone buying in Denver.

ZillowVERIFIED Brigette was absolutely excellent. Her response time was amazing, she was prepared, and if you are looking to buy a loft, there is no better person to go to. I saw the place I bought online at 9pm Friday, sent her an email, saw it in person the next morning at 10am, and she had the offer contract already drafted so we could move on it immediately. Great and easy to work with!
