She looked out for me every step of the way. Bridget didn't agree with everything I said, just to make a sale, she genuinely looked out for my best interest, and pointed out things, or concerns she may have about a particular property, if I hadn't considered it myself. Bridget also was fantastic in the negotiating arena. Helped me get a better deal then I expected. It took my awhile and several homes before I found the right one, but she never made me feel like I was too picky or wasting her time. A true professional. ZillowVERIFIED Finding and purchasing a home in a compressed time frame is a challenge I never anticipated I would have to face. There are so many neighborhoods, schools and options to pick from and making the right decision is critical. For starters, Bridget and Walt saved me an enormous amount of time up-front by only showing me homes that met my specific needs and budget. While touring the homes, Bridget's eye for detail was indispensable and made it so much easier to see the pros and cons of each house that I looked at. Bridget and Walt were extremely responsive and their scheduling flexibility allowed me to fit home tours in when it worked for me. It turns out that the very first home I was shown was the one I ended up purchasing, which Bridget predicted before I even looked at a single property in-person. I can't think of a more fitting testament to how accurately Bridget saw my new home as the perfect fit for me. Walt was able to get the closing done quickly and efficiently and I was able to move-in only six weeks after starting my search - a feat I never would have dreamed possible. They went above and beyond most other brokers in selling our home in record time! There are not many brokers who decide to do impromptu open houses when they see there is a lot of traffic in the area! A rainy day turned into a beautiful one and Bridget was out on the corner answering prospective buyers questions and opened our home them! They were extremely attentive to all of our needs and were always accessible to talk with and always putting us at ease. Our home went under contract within a week but unfortunately we had to pull the contract the day it was supposed to close but low and behold the minute we canceled the contract and re-listed the home they had it back under contract that same exact day! They were always thinking two steps ahead!! We ended up closing only a couple of weeks after our original closing. They truly pulled off a miracle!! Not only are Bridget and Walt remarkable agents they are truly great genuine people as well. It speaks volumes when you are working so closely with them with such a personal matter like buying and/or selling your home!
