ZillowVERIFIED The initial meeting was great. My condo was listed on the market quickly and with ease. The communication after it was listed was lacking. I was not informed of the next steps regarding the sale or the inspection dates. I never received an official call that my counteroffer was accepted. I had to check the online paperwork to see if the buyers had signed the offer. Additionally, the home inspector came to inspect the property without me having any prior warning. I was just as surprised as the inspector when he knocked on my door. I had boxes and packing materials scattered everywhere which he had to go around to complete his lengthly inspection. I reached out to the closing agent regarding other important dates I should know about and questions I had and was given short, brief responses. All communication was initiated by me, not by anyone at the office. I left a message at the office regarding my experience and lack of communication throughout the process. My call was quickly returned and the owner did her best to remedy the situation. While I am still disappointed with the lack of communication throughout the process, I am appreciative of the response I was given when the realtor was made aware of the circumstances.

I started working with them back in the fall of 2014, and then took about a 3 month break, while my fiance and I worked on selling his home. Then, in January, I emailed my agent saying we were ready to look again. He fit us into his busy schedule to see three houses three days later. We saw the three houses, and fell in love with the second. From there, he helped us put a contract on the house, and walked us through EVERYTHING, step by step, because it was our first time. Everything he did was extremely timely, and he made us feel like he really cared. I would recommend this team to ANYONE looking to buy a home. They helped us buy our first, and hopefully last, dream house!

They were also instrumental in providing the information for inspections needed from the county & gas company for pre-occupancy, needed to sell the house. They also provided a list of houses per our requirements that fit our needs. We were able to purchase a house with their assistance & perseverance to FORCE the sellers agent to provide the necessary inspections to move into the new house on time. Had they not stepped in to basically do the sellers agents job, we would have missed the signing deadline. They work very well as a team from top to bottom!
