ZillowVERIFIEDBridget was a great pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. She knew well the housing market and its selling brokers in my focused area, which allowed me/us to always get my desired times to visit houses within my tight criteria. Even though I was driving from over 1 hour and a half away, she routinely over two months every Saturday would have assembled at least a half a dozen visits all back to back with no minutes to spare between each visit so I would maximize my search that week and have part of the Saturday for my personal needs. Furthermore, even though I had offers rejected on houses, she always made me feel confident that we would find my right house. And as the months went by being rejected, I started to adapt and even expand my search because I really wanted to close this fall. But Bridget would kindly remind me of my goals and key house criteria, sort of like a family member would do (I'm single now), which made our relationship stronger, more trusting and enjoyable. I highly recommend her as your real estate buying agent for the Boston region.

I was unsure what I was looking for with some major life changes, but Bridget was incredibly patient and helped me with my own process of self-discovery of what I wanted. In the end, after spending countless hours with me, she convinced me to come and see a home that I had no interest in seeing. She, however, knew what I was looking for better than I knew myself, and after some gentle coaxing, I agreed to come see the house. Turns out it was in fact my dream home, and Bridget helped me buy it. Next, we had to turn to selling my old house. Bridget did all of the heavy lifting (and I mean that literally and figuratively!). She helped me arrange to have the little things done that would help it appeal to buyers, had it staged beautifully, and managed a bidding war with expertise the first weekend the house was on the market!
