Bridget Brennan

I have been a licensed REALTOR since November 2003. I specialize in residential resale for both buyers and sellers. I regularly attend training, continuing education and seminars by experts in the field so that you have the benefit of the latest and most up-to-date information. I currently hold the GRI, CNE, ePro and SRES designations.

During my real estate career, my expertise for buyer and listing clients extends from vacant land, vacation homes, single family and first time buyers.

I work valley wide to meet any and all my buyer client's needs. North Phoenix, Anthem, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree are where I prefer to keep my listings. I will accept listings in other areas on a case by case basis.

My goal is to provide each of my clients with knowledge, ethics, effort, and a positive and fun loving attitude. My knowledge base and experience provides the foundation that will ease each client in the unknown process of buying, selling, and negotiating. At the end of a client's buying or selling experience with me, I endeavor to have exceeded the level of expectation each had for meeting his/her needs.
