Hi there! I'm Bridger Hopkins, Team Leader of the Bridge Out Ahead Real Estate Team, brokered by Pemberton Real Estate in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. I help clients across Northern Minnesota buy and sell homes, cabins, land, and investment properties with clarity and confidence.

Having grown up in Northern Minnesota, I take pride in building my life, family, and business in the same communities that shaped who I am today. I'm deeply connected to the outdoor lifestyle this region offers-gardening, hunting, wild foraging, swimming, and spending time in the woods. I'm also a builder and tinkerer at heart, and in recent years I've started growing hops and grapes.

Before real estate, my background was in Mechanical Engineering, where I worked in both mining and papermaking. That experience gave me a strong respect for our region's natural resources and developed my problem-solving mindset. Today, I bring that same analytical thinking and project management approach into real estate-helping clients navigate complex decisions with clarity and confidence.

I treat every transaction as if it were my own, combining professional photography, drone media, targeted marketing, and a clear communication process from start to finish.

Alongside my work in real estate, I am also the Host of the Bridge Out Ahead Podcast. Each episode features in-depth conversations with business owners, builders, and community leaders about what it takes to build a meaningful life and career.
