ZillowVERIFIED I'm really glad my friend introduced me to Brice. My wife and I had been working with another realtor and didn't feel like our home was being marketed very well. Brice was able to sell our house and find us EXACTLY what my wife wanted! His knowledge of the inventory in the Grand Rapids area is second to none. I would highly recommend Brice and his team if you are buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED Brice knows the market well, very responsive, and helped us significantly in navigating the negotiation process. He takes time to understand what you are looking for in a house to locate what you need, but also empowers you by giving you resources for your own research. Brice also appears to have a good relationship with the other agents in the area, which helped us when we had last minute questions or were trying to track something down. We have used Brice twice thus far and plan to use him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I went in as a first-time home buyer, and Brice was the seller's agent. I ended up using Brice as my realtor as it was a pretty quick turnaround. Brice was a great source of information for me, and walked me through every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Brice to anyone looking for a realtor they can trust to walk them through the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Brice did a great job finding a buyer for my empty lot to build a new house on. After a flip gone bad thanks to a horrible contractor it was nice to finally get the lot sold and move on. Thanks Brice!

ZillowVERIFIED Brice found a number of homes for us to look at that met our needs. We came close to closing on a home, but he correctly identified some oddities with the seller and helped us avoid a major issue. Brice ultimately found another home for us that we were even more please with. He then helped us get a great price for it. He knows the market well, is more responsive than any other agent I've worked with, and ultimately delivered the results we needed.

ZillowVERIFIED Brice met with me on very short notice and showed me the condo we had spoken about and also has many other options available. He was able to get a showing of a unit I was interested in on very short notice as well. Throughout the buying process, Brice had great communication and kept me up to date on what was happening at each step of the buying process. He followed up numerous times after closing to check in on the new condo and make sure things were going well. I would buy and sell with Brice again any time and would recommend anyone to do the same.Chad Robinson

Additionally, he had many suggestions, connections, and did a fantastic job explaining all the legal jargon through the entire process.
