About Brianna Zyla

I have been a real estate agent since February 26th 2018. Prior to getting my license I went to college for a few years and got an Associates Degree in Business. I ended my college career with a 3.82 GPA and was in the Honor Society. I have taken college courses in Finance/Accounting, Marketing, Economics and Management. I believe this previous knowledge has aided me in understanding Real Estate and Finance that much more. I am working closely with the Principle Broker of All Inclusive Realty, LLC in order to gain more experience and expand my knowledge to be as helpful as possible in all real estate transactions. I think I cant even express in words how highly we recommend Brianna as an agent. We are first time house buyers. We had a lot of questions which Brianna made sure to answer very promptly. During our house search, there aren?t a lot of houses available because there are more buyers than sellers so it was really hard. The competition is very tough too, there are many strong buyers. I think we looked at a lot of houses more than others did normally but Brianna was very patient with us. She was always honest in explaining all the pros and cons of each house we visited. We never felt pressured by her even though she was with us for a month and a half on our house search. There are days that we would book her the whole day to see houses and we could see that she really enjoys and loves her work. (There could be other agents that would be putting a lot of pressure on us to put an offer into a house and not be honest with us even if it is not what we are looking for just to be over and done with) When me and my husband were losing hope, she would shoot us a text to keep us motivated and excited on this journey. We landed on a great house in Manchester, NH which we did not expect to have. Everything we wanted and more are all there. Thanks to her 101% effort and patience during the whole process! We would absolutely love to work with her in the future if ever we will be selling or buying again. A 10 out of 5 rating! ??

Brianna was extremely conscientious and hard working in helping us find a condo in December when listings were very low.... She really hustled and found listings as soon as they hit the market and after a long search with another realtor who lacked communication Brianna found us a condo that checked off everything on our wish list! From the moment we first met with Brianna to the very end of the process she listened to what our family needed. She found many homes for us to go and view and it didnt really take that long ro find our perfect home. Brianna was available for all of our questions seeing as we were first time home buyers. She made the process a lot smoother then we thought it would be. Brianna still even after we closed on our house has been available for any questions we may have.
