ZillowVERIFIED We decided to sell our condo in September, so I started researching real estate agents in our area and came across Brianna. After reading some really great reviews I scheduled time for us to meet so I could get a better understanding of the selling process as a first time seller. She came prepared, was very knowledgeable and professional. She would give us suggestions based on her experience but was never pushy-it always felt like a partnership and she was always respectful of our choices. She has a great network of people and that came in handy during the closing process. Everything was smooth on our end and moved very quickly once we accepted an offer, however the buyers lender was dragging their feet with their end of the paperwork. They told us a closing date, then pushed it back two weeks, then kept pushing it back and we thought it was never going to end. Thanks to Briannas connections she was able to help the buyer pretty much re-start the process with a new lender and we were able to close in less than 10 days. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Briana was a God send to us! Back in March 2015, being a Military family, Briana did most then the 6 realtors from other companies didn't do. It was a snowy March day and she was willing and able to show us places that were available. We were able to find a home in literally half the time spans that we had until we had to move from ouron base housing. She was very prompt, professional and very considerate to our needs and answered all of our question. The owners were from out of town and we were very interested in the unit but it needed major renovations before we would agree. Brianna convinced the owners that we were serious and reliable and to do the renovations. The work was completed on time and we moved in just after. There were many ways this deal could have feel apart but with Briannas leadership and diplomacy, it all worked out.
