This time, Brianna secured a full price off market offer on our house before it hit the market - thats unheard of in the area we were in West Nashville, in this market! That was also such a gift of peace, as anyone who has sold a house with little kids living in it knows how stressful that can be. As we prepared to list our house, their recommended vendors worked within our budget to beautifully stage and prepare our home (painting, small repairs, etc.). It looked so beautiful when it was ready to list that we almost didnt want to leave! She negotiated a long temporary occupancy for us while we worked to get our new house ready to move into. We had a flawless on time closing. On the buy side- We gave Jenny and Bradley a really tall order for what we were looking for in FranklinaEUR|we were looking for a unicorn. We ended up finding our dream fixer upper in our favorite neighborhood. During inspection period, Jenny negotiated an additional 50k (!!!) in concessions between a price reduction, closing fees, and money directly toward a contractor for needed repairs. This was for a home that was in its first day on the market in a prime location! With Brianna and Jennys top tier negotiation skills on both ends, that opened up enough capital for renovations so we could make this home truly our dream home.
