ZillowVERIFIEDBri was so helpful to us during our home buying process! She helped us extend our inspection period to work around busy schedules and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She always texted back quickly with our random questions as first time home buyers and I will definitely be recommending her to all my friends looking to buy in Juneau. She even checked in with us multiple times after we got the keys and sealed the deal. Thanks for all your help, Bri!
ZillowVERIFIEDHow do I give Bri more than 5 stars for these categories - specifically for Negotiation Skills?! She rocked at writing the best offer to secure our home in Juneau during a Sellers market with very low inventory! With houses flying off the market at over asking and cash bids, we thought we stood no chance, but Bri made all the right moves and swiftly, so that we were competitive. She knows a lot of people in the area to get through escrow easily and quickly. Definitely not looking anywhere else for our next purchase, we already have everything we need in Bri as our Juneau realtor. Shoot, this girl could sell us a home anywhere, sight unseen and we would still trust her to get it right! Thank you for everything Bri, look forward to working with you in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDThis is the second home that Bri has helped me purchase. Both times she has been outstanding to work with. Bri is very knowledgeable, provides excellent advice, and always fast to respond. Both purchases happened in difficult markets when I wasnt sure it would be possible but Bri helped make it happen. 100% recommend working with Bri if you are searching for a home or considering getting into the real estate market.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a fantastic experience working with Bri while selling our home! While we didnt pick the best time to put it on the market, we felt very comfortable in Bris hands. She was friendly, approachable, knowledgable, always available, and really helped guide us through our first home selling experience. She had fantastic communication and always kept us in the loop of what was going on. We knew that Bri had everything under control and our best interests in mind. If we have real estate needs in Juneau again we will absolutely be using Bri as our relator!
ZillowVERIFIEDBri was great! She was hard working, super responsive, and provided excellent advice on how to get an offer accepted without getting caught up in the buyer craze during 2022. With her help I had an offer accepted in after less than a month of looking in a difficult market! I would 100% recommend working with Bri!
