Granted it took about a week going back-and-forth, but it was such a smooth process and made our stress level decrease so we could hurry and buy a new home in our new location! When we looked at homes, she helped me visualize how the rooms could look with furniture arranged differently. My home search was actually fun! I ended up getting into a new listing the same day it went on the market. It was exactly what I wanted...so we got an offer in the same day. I was nervous because there was already an open house scheduled that weekend, but the agent had to cancel it because the seller accepted my offer!
