Briana was great to work with. We started out our journey looking for our perfect home in the Gretna/ Omaha area. We looked at a few things, and then much to our surprise life through in a curveball. We were offered a job transfer, and ended up putting our home on the market! We listed our home with Briana, and it literally sold the first day, to the first person who made an offer! Granted it took about a week going back-and-forth, but it was such a smooth process and made our stress level decrease so we could hurry and buy a new home in our new location! Great lady, and great realtor!

I was so lucky to have found Briana when searching for a new home. She got to know what I was looking for and helped me search for homes. When we looked at homes, she helped me visualize how the rooms could look with furniture arranged differently. My home search was actually fun! I ended up getting into a new listing the same day it went on the market. It was exactly what I wanted...so we got an offer in the same day. I was nervous because there was already an open house scheduled that weekend, but the agent had to cancel it because the seller accepted my offer!

My wife and I usually do not write reviews, however in this circumstance it is well deserved. Briana definitely stood out as the agent we wanted to have sell our home.
