ZillowVERIFIED Brian was the perfect realtor for us. He is very patient, honest, and easy to get along with. He was always extremely prompt in responding when we had questions. Brian has great knowledge of construction which was invaluable to us during the buying process. He was also a very good guide right through the closing. We were moving here from out of state and Brian helped us find and purchase our lovely home. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor in this area.

ZillowVERIFIED We had been struggling to to find a house for months working with another realtor. Zillow matched us up with Brian and we couldnt have been more satisfied. We made a cross country move and were not familiar with the area. Brian took the time to genuinely get to know us personally and find out what we were looking for in our forever home. We put an offer on a house and ended up having to do some negotiating. I was extremely nervous and Brian made us feel comfortable in our decision and fought for us every step of the way. We got the house and I am forever thankful for Brians guidance. If youre looking to buy or sell in the Blair County area Brian Wilt is the man for the job!

ZillowVERIFIED Brian Wilt was a top notch professional from our first sit down meeting to discuss the listing of our home thru the date of closing. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. He listed our home and we had multiple showings in 36 hours and our home was sold. We couldn?t have been more pleased with Brian Wilt and would highly recommend him for anyone?s real estate needs. Had we not been moving out of the area he definitely would have been the Realtor we would have had finding us a new home as well. He was great and you will not be disappointed if looking for a Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian was a pleasure to work with and took the time for us to view many houses until we found the perfect house of our dreams. He was willing to answer an question we had and if he could not he pointed us in the right direction. Brian walked us through every step and helped us with any issues that arose. Again, if he could not help he pointed us in the right direction. When we only had Sunday to view at houses he was there to give us time to walk through.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian is a true professional. I have worked with a number or realtors in the area and Brian is, hands down, the best in the business. Attentive, responsive and highly knowledgeable. His background in the home construction business is also a huge discriminator. He brings a wide body of knowledge to any transaction he is a part of. Highly recommend that you reach out to Brian when deciding to buy or sell your next home. Definitely worth the call.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first home purchase, and we had been disappointed with another agent in a previous search. Brian came to the rescue as a knowledgeable, honest, and flexible agent who guided us into our dream home. In addition to his real estate expertise, Brian?s background in construction was invaluable as he pointed out flaws and benefits in each house that we never would?ve caught. Communication had been a big issue with our previous agent, but Brian was responsive and helpful no matter what we asked or when we asked it. We were very nervous about the formal process of buying a home, but Brian?s guidance made it extremely smooth (and quick!) We can?t say enough about him, and we?ve already recommended him to several of our close friends who are starting the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian Wilt helped me buy a house. Brians construction experience, along with his customer service skills are very evident when he shows you houses. Hes honest, and knows this market very well. When it comes time to negotiate, you can be sure hes working for YOUR self interest, and not his own. I chose Brian because of the reviews here on Zillow, so I hope you heed my advice and ask him to represent you in any of your real estate dealings.

ZillowVERIFIED From the start of our search for our new home, Brian Wilt was friendly, professional and above all proactive towards helping us. As a young couple, Brian showed my wife and I the little details that we wouldnt have even known to look for in selecting the right home. No matter how many addresses we would send to Brian for him to schedule for us to look at, he would simply reply with I will get them set up!, and he did just that. Over the course of three months and looking at over 30 homes, we finally found the one that was right for us and we couldnt have done it without Brian! We are so glad that he was our agent and it was a pleasure working with him

ZillowVERIFIED Brians expertise in construction and renovation was extremely helpful in helping me navigate this areas abundance of unique fixer-upper opportunities, especially the FSBOs. He possesses the skills and experience to assess a propertys potential, its pitfalls and red flags, and ultimately its realistic value. Many properties in this area are FSBOs, and Brian is as patient with an inexperienced property owner-seller as he was with me, the clueless potential buyer. Brian is very accessible and responsive, and has the patience of a saint because he stuck with me through a L-O-N-G search! I appreciate how he *listened* to me rather than just push to get a sale. I recommend him without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Despite living out of town, 10 hours away at the time, Brian helped us to quickly and effortlessly find a home to come back to our hometown to. While being away, Brian kept us in the loop and ensured we knew what our options were. He listened to what we wanted and made sure he was available when we were able to visit for house shopping despite our tight schedule and very short stay. He took care of all of the details and patiently explained everything to us. Overall our experience was great and we definitely hope to work with him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very lucky to have found Brian Wilt as an agent to help my family buy a new home. His knowledge of the area was extremely helpful during this whole process because he could explain the pros/cons of the neighborhood, analyze the listing value (overpriced or fair), and forecast the value we would be able to expect from this home in the future. His vast experience in residential construction was critical because he could point out items that most buyers would overlook (age of the roof, furnace, hot water heater, woodwork quality, cracks in the drywall, water spots or leaks, etc). This was extremely valuable during the negotiation process because Brian?s recommendations helped us give a strategic offer that took into consideration all house conditions ahead of the home inspections. Not to mention Brian knows every reputable builder, plumber, hvac, electrician, painter, roofer in the area ? the referrals and phone calls he made for us saved us hours of time and worry. Overall, the entire sales process was smoother because we had Brian in our corner. He was smart, honest, patient, easy to talk to and just a super friendly guy. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or are ready to retire, Brian is a perfect fit for anyone in the market looking to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Expert, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and ambitious are just a few of the words that describe Brian and the amazing job he did as our realtor. Our home went under contract in less than 48 hours! We had over 10 showings, multiple offers and the house sold above asking price. I owe this to Brian because of the tips and advice he gave us on how to prepare our home for the current market. He made great suggestions on how to get our house ready for interior/exterior photos, what to do so the home presented well at showings, how to price it right based on our location and he wrote a very detailed summary of the home to capture buyers attention. His construction background and vast knowledge really set him apart from the other real estate agents that we interviewed. Brian has a great personality and is so easy to talk to. I felt so comfortable picking up the phone anytime I had a questions. He is also a great communicator and provided thorough follow up during each step which made it all a seamless process. Selling/buying a home can be one of the most stressful times in a person?s life, but Brian made it an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Brian if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian is the agent that you want to have in your corner when searching for the perfect home. He took the time to listen to what we were truly looking for in a home and was able to show us many homes that were along our expectations. Brian also is a very honest agent. I knew from the first home he showed us that I could trust him to sell us a quality home. He has a construction background and is very knowledgeable in this field. Even though Brian has many positive qualities, the biggest one that stands out to me is his sincere and amiable personality. He took the time to connect with my fiance and I and truly get to know us. We werent just another client to him. No matter the time of day, he took the time to answer our calls and do his best to answer any questions or concerns that we had. This man helped us find our perfect family home, built a solid connection with us, and made sure that the process was seamless the whole way through. We were blessed to have such an AMAZING agent supporting us through it all. I would recommend Brian Wilt to anyone looking for an agent who is loyal and an expert at his job!
