He provided us with the document we needed when no other agent would help us. His only request was that someday if we sold our house that we would "consider" him. We did, and we were grateful. We had two houses to sell in late 2019 and early 2020. Our asking price on both could have been considered a bit high, but we really weren't willing to budge. Brian didn't pressure us to lower our price. We got full asking price for both. Brian was very patient and helpful throughout the process. His easy-going demeanor was helpful to counterbalance my high-strung personality. I highly recommend him if you want an easy transition with the purchase or sale of your home.
