Working with Brian was the best realtor experience my husband and I have ever had. His personal and professional integrity are unmatched. Not only did him and April hit all the marks scheduling, arriving, and showing properties quickly and with great background knowledge, able to answer questions, but Brian truly shown as a realtor in both his unflinching patience with me and his sense of urgency in collaborating, drafting, and submitting our successful offer on the home we purchased. The only thing I would do differently would be to also use his recommended Jocelyn Lasher as our loan officer. Closing with our chosen officer was a mess. Working with Living Realty has truly been entering into a long term relationship of support as Brian and April have continued to be a support in eventually renting out the home we purchased years later, given wonderful contractor recommendations as fellow landlords to us as new landlords, helping run comps to determine rent even though they did not gain anything from their support, and continuing to welcome us to their many client-exclusive annual events. Their annual Breakfast with Santa event is my far our family's favorite and we are so grateful to still be considered in their client sphere even five years after using them for our home purchase. We recently looked for a new home out of state, so we unfortunately were out of their range of service, and the massive disparity in the multiple realtors who fell short (we went through two realtors before settling on a third, who was equally near disastrous unfortunately) just highlighted to us how invaluable Brian and April are as realtors and professionals. Brian is a contract shark with impeccable attention to detail, where our realtor on this purchase missed potentially catastrophic flags (septic not pumped in 25+ years) and failed to communicate critical timetables, which nearly resulted in us missing closing. In short, comparing Brian and Living Realty to other realtors we have now experienced, there simply is no comparison. We will look forward to the delight of using Brian for any future Loudoun transactions and remain thankful for all that they have done and continue to do.
