Brian Weiner was absolutely amazing, incredibly hard working, dedicated, and promptly responsive to texts and phone calls even on the weekends. We had a unique situation living in Texas for winter months. He managed taking care of of everything necessary in our absence as if it was his house, including taking care of some maintainance issues, staging, and making the house perfectly ready for sale. He was even able to get an offer in a short time before we returned home! He carried out all necessary negotiations efficiently with the buyer's agent in a friendly manner. It was indeed a great pleasure to work with Brian like a close friend, and would strongly recommend him for any real estate needs in Western MA.
