We had a unique situation living in Texas for winter months. He managed taking care of of everything necessary in our absence as if it was his house, including taking care of some maintainance issues, staging, and making the house perfectly ready for sale. He was even able to get an offer in a short time before we returned home! He carried out all necessary negotiations efficiently with the buyer's agent in a friendly manner.
