Before we were serious about committing to taking steps in buying our next property, we met Lisa at an open house that we spontaneously dropped by. We instantly felt a connection, like we were talking with a friend. So we kept her card. Then my mom decided to move to SSI, beating us to a permanent move. Lisa instantly came to mind. It was during the holidays plus I was also busy with commitments. Not only did everything turn out well for Mom, but she did indeed gain a friend. Now, on to our big leap. It was time for us to call on Lisa and Brian to assist in selling our SSI condo and being our buyer's agent for a house in Brunswick. They really kicked into gear once we were ready and guided us through to the end in a way that was not only professional, but with compassion, patience and integrity. The kindness that I noticed from our first meeting with Lisa, was duplicated in Brian. What a team. Buying and selling property at the same time was nail biting. Brian and Lisa assured us and showed us by their actions, that we had nothing to worry about. And viola! We closed on our new property and before our first mortgage was due, the condo sold. That took responsibility, knowledge of the market, and talent in balancing so many moving parts. We could not have done it without them and stayed sane. That, is true professionalism with humanity.
