ZillowVERIFIED So, here's what I told Brian I would say about him: if you DON'T want to sell your house, then DON'T hire Brian! We listed with another agent, house didn't sell after 3-1/2 months. Then I interviewed 3 agents, chose Brian and he was honest with us about improvements we should do. We did exactly what he told us (and a bit more). Our total out-of-pocket was about $8,500 but we ended up with a listing price that was $20,000 more than the first time around. And, with Brian's marketing expertise, our home sold 2-1/2 days after it was listed with him.

I read reviews from his clients, looked through his sales histories and appreciated he was a native of MC where the home I was selling is located. After he came to see the house for the first time he had suggestions to prepare the house to put on the market. I did almost everything he suggested. He was spot on with his listing price And even managed to get the FHA appraisal to increase the value to the offering price. Which was almost 9k over the list price. What a whirlwind it was with five written offers in five days, the first coming in just 12 hours after the listing went live. I wish the banks, appraisers and closing companies worked as efficiently as Brian. my listing was active within hours, not the 1-2 days he said it would take, and the professional photographer Erin Watson made the house look spectacular. FHA was s...l...o...w... but he assured me every time I texted, emailed or called, that the process was what it was. All in all Brian is a laid back hard working real estate guru. Hire him.

While Brian admitted he wasn't what he considered an expert in the matter, he had taken 'classes' in it. He walked me through all the steps, researched with the aid of my VA Lender what he needed to know, and found me a BEAUTIFUL HOME! Don't let the pictures you see on Zillow now fool you, they took down the good pictures and left the old crappy ones up for some reason...He walked me through EVERY step! He responded to my communications quickly, unlike three other Realtors I tried before him. If he didn't know something when asked, he did within 24 hours if not 2! I honestly don't plan on buying another home any time soon, but if I did, I can't see using anyone but Brian!
