Brian did an exceptional job at helping us getting work done on our house in order to make it by the sell date even when the city decided to subtly instate a Occupation Code ( nothing wrong with that just bad timing). We were able to get all the repairs done and Brian did a great job at keeping both sides of the process (buyers and seller's Agent) informed on what was happening.

If we would need to watch out for anything or look into. He even knew what houses are available before they even listed! There was not one question he didn't know the answer to. He followed up with us frequently to see how we were doing. If we needed to call him for a questions he responded very quickly if he could not answer. He was recommended by a friend of mine and I am so glad she did. The most important thing that I loved about Brian is that we looked at several houses and he would let us know we shouldn't buy a house due various reasons. I appreciated that so much and knew right away that he cared about us and not just a sale. We love our house and we were so glad he wanted to find a house that fit us perfectly.

He helped us focus in on our list of home "must-haves" and then helped guide us through the process to get the perfect home. The most important thing that we wanted in an agent was someone that was going to very honest with us and wouldn't sugar coat things or try to "sell" us homes. Brian was very straightforward and I really felt that I could believe him when he told me that he was working for us. We worked with Brian for a little longer than "normal" because our first house fell through 1 week from closing due to the seller refusing to make some needed repairs. Brian was able to get us through this really stressful and demoralizing time and get us back on track to find an even better home!I would very happily recommend Brian to anyone looking to buy a home. ZillowVERIFIED Brian is an excellent real estate agent. Brian helped up buy our dream house and sell our existing house. This is our 3rd house and 3rd real estate agent. We bounced around because we felt unsatisfied with the buying or selling process in the past. I can say for the first time, I would use Brian again in a heartbeat. And I would certainly openly refer him to others. His communication and response time will make you feel like his number 1 customer. Brian lays out options and offers ideas but never presses you. He allows the customer to make decision. Our house was under contract day 1, with multiple offers. Brian's recommended list price was higher than our initial thought. It turns out, the recommended sale price was right on the money. Brian invests time and money into selling your house. He hired a professional photographer and the pictures turned out very nice. Honestly, I could go on about his service and expertise, but I'd rather you find out yourself. Do yourself a favor and hire Brian to buy/sell your next house.

ZillowVERIFIED Going into the home sale process, my wife and I interviewed multiple realtors for the job. Brian was respectful, encouraging, and came across as a "go getter." His high energy personality impressed us and he beat out the field for the job. From day one his system was impressive. He used a home showing system that called or texted, depending on my preference, for the dates and times of showing requests for my approval. We seemed to have showings everyday and Brian made sure we received feedback for each one. Brian sold our house on the Fourth of July. His system allowed us to sign our contracts via smart phone and the negotiations were quick, only a few hours of back and fourth. We had agreed with both our buyer and seller on prices within 24 hours and signed all the papers from the comfort of our home. By the end of the process we sold our house for what we wanted and received a great deal on our new house. I, without reservations, recommend Brian Tash to be your next realtor.

My buyer was quite difficult, well, if you ask me, but Brian was a great advisor and sometimes a pin cushion (sorry Brian) when I wasn't sure what to do. ZillowVERIFIED It's pretty rare that I would give something a 5 star review unless I was completely blown away . . . well this would be the exception. The exception is due to the fact that we are reviewing a "someone" and not a "something." My wife and I had already met a couple real estate agents but they just seemed either disinterested or not willing to ask the right questions--this just wasn't the case with Brian. We were first time buyers and knew very little about the housing market but Brian was there every step of the way. His commitment to "us" not the sale meant everything. He answered all of our questions regardless of how silly some of them were. When Brian says he is with you from the very beginning until you close you can take him at his word. We *highly* recommend Brian as a real estate agent.

This was my first real estate purchase and I am happy that I used Brian as my agent and grateful for his service. I was initially indecisive about what type of property to purchase, but Brian worked with me as we explored different options (condos, single-family homes and multi-family). As other reviewers have noted, he is very responsive and a hard worker. Since this was my first purchase, I had a lot of questions/concerns that Brian quickly addressed and helped me understand. He never tried to push a sale on me and was always on the lookout for personal interests such as when we found what seemed to be a great property, but as he pointed out was in an area that could be susceptible to basement flooding.

When initially looking for houses he was always able to squeeze us in on very short notice when we wanted to see a newly listed house immediately. He was very patient and honest when looking for houses. He is not the type of person who wants to make a quick sale for to get his money. He really looks out for his clients best interests. One if his best qualities is his responsiveness. He responds to texts, calls, and emails at all hours. When we ran into some problems with paperwork, he was working and staying on top of the situation while on a previously planned out of town wedding.
