We finally found a house we loved and that worked for our family in May of 2020 and Brian and his team worked with us to make sure everything was on track for our closing in November. We started the process of finding a new home and selling my old home right before COVID 19 became an issue, and he walked me through many moments of doubt. I sent out a notice to several Dave Ramsey vetted realtors on a Saturday morning and Brian called minutes later. He showed me the house, and we spent the rest of the day setting up the bid and the financing, and I got the house. I always felt that Brian had my best interest as the most important thing throughout the process.

During a visit, we met with Brian and discussed the possibility of him becoming our realtor. He answered all of our questions patiently and informatively. I wasn't able to give him much notice when I came to actually begin the search for our new home, but he was great! He made time to take my daughter and I out to see multiple houses, and he was a great help, as we are unfamiliar with much of MN and how things work in this area.
