ZillowVERIFIED The thing I appreciated the most about Tiffany and Brian was their intuition. They worked to understand what I wanted, what I was firm on, what moved me. Basically they learned me, and that intuition is what drove them to keep things moving when I would have stalled otherwise. They werent pushy because they knew I was serious just needed the process to flow quickly before my busy life took over. They kept it moving and my house was on the market so fast. And let me tell you, Tiffanys description of my house made me so proud. As particular as I am, she asked me to proof the narrative and it was perfect! I was also on the market to find my ideal home and Brian made himself available 7 days a week to take me house hunting. He was dialed in to what I liked and didnt stop until we found it together. House sold for asking price and locked down a deal on a new home in perfect timing. Solid Team!

They are very busy people, but they always had time to show us homes and made us feel like they had all day to work for us. If I called and had to leave a message on their phones, they always got back with us immediately. No matter what time I called or sent them text, they always responded immediately. ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany and Brian responded to some information I requested on the internet out of curiosity. Brian responded almost immediately, and when I told him I was not serious about buying.....just curious.....he gave me a little advice, and left his number, just in case I wanted to pursue a home purchase. I followed his advice, found out how much I could afford comfortably, and we began a very short journey! I took relatively no time at all before they found the house we wanted! We were so unprepared to buy when we did, that we actually went on a planned cruise while our offer was pending! The Stevens got us an extension, and we got our house - correction- our home! We are so happy and owe it to the Stevens. They found what we wanted, what we could afford, and made sure that we weren't taken advantage of by the seller. They treated us like we were part of the family. (I should probably invite them over for dinner!)
