From the very beginning, Brian showed he was very knowledgeable of the housing market, and had our best interest in mind. He gave great recommendations of what we needed to upgrade on the house and what would give us the best chance of selling. He was right, the house was on the market for two days and we accepted an offer. Brian was there with us through the entire process, gave great advice, and even when things didn't go great with the online mortgage company, was there to reassure us that things were gonna get done! We cannot recommend Brian enough to someone that might be buying or selling! He will go above and beyond to get you taken care of, because that is just the type of person he is!!

Brian has been our Realtor of choice for over 9 years as both a buying and selling agent in the NE Tarrant area. In each case Brian has given us excellent and timely support. He consistently anticipated our needs and was usually 2 or 3 steps ahead, clearing the path for us toward a successful closing. Brian is able to translate many of the complex real estate, legal and financial aspects of these transitions into small simple ones - providing them to us at just the right time. He took the time to listen to our needs, providing advice that was spot on. In our most recent transaction with Brian, we called on him to get our house on the market in a hurry. He more than accommodated our schedule and we went from on-the-market to multiple offers and under contract within a week. We felt very fortunate to have him as our agent. Brian has sold three of our homes and has represented us as buyers on three homes. Our latest transaction in 2021 took place in a crazy real estate market that led us into delays on the mortgage side. ZillowVERIFIED During Spring 2019 was looking to sell a rental property I had in Marine Creek Ranch. The property was in decent shape but had a sloped back-yard with the slope towards the house. Even though this never created an issue with rain water, still was a potential negative for buyers. Brian knew that there are buyers that are interested in low maintenence yards despite the slope and since this yard was low maintenence, it was marketed so. Brian is also very skilled at appraising the true value of a property given the prevailing market conditions so the deal is a win-win for both the buyer and the seller. Right before listing, and after we had agreed on a listing price Brian received last minute input from his colleagues that had just gone under contract in the area regarding prices ticking up and thus listing price was adjusted upwards to match the moving market. Property sold within a few days. Brian was a great communicator throughout the process. Am very happy with Brians' service and will make sure to talk to him before any future transaction in the area.
