From the very beginning, Brian showed he was very knowledgeable of the housing market, and had our best interest in mind. He gave great recommendations of what we needed to upgrade on the house and what would give us the best chance of selling. He was right, the house was on the market for two days and we accepted an offer. Brian was there with us through the entire process, gave great advice, and even when things didn't go great with the online mortgage company, was there to reassure us that things were gonna get done! We cannot recommend Brian enough to someone that might be buying or selling! He will go above and beyond to get you taken care of, because that is just the type of person he is!!
