Brian Simmons

HELLO! I'm so excited to have the opportunity to work with you! I'll tell you right out of the gate, I operate differently than most agents. Where most agents will try to sell you a home, I will never. My approach is zero pressure and I work 100% at your pace. I want you to find the property that's the right fit for you, and I'll help you buy it, no matter if its the 1st or 51st property we see. My goal is to provide the best experience for buyers and sellers in Southern Oregon...Whether you want to sell fast, sell for top dollar, buy your first home, forever home, investment property, etc. I'm experienced in everything from small vacant lots to million dollar homes and everything in between. I'm based here in beautiful Southern Oregon where I live wiht my Wife and two kids. I grew up here in the Rogue Valley and lived here forever other than the 4 years I went to college to earn my business degree from the University of Oregon. I look forward to working with you!
