We decided randomly to go window shop houses we we saw on Zillow, we found one we really liked and wanted to know more about it. After asking about it on Zillow Brian reached out within 5 min to answer our question and offered to show the house. We fell in love with it and being first time buyers we didn't really know what to do next. Brian walked us through it and by the end of the next day we were under contract to purchase the home. Brian helped us through every step he was there to explain everything and get us more information. When communication was difficult with the lender or the title company Brian saw to it to get the information we needed. Absolute 10/10 I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

Everything has to be done remotely and he made the process extremely easy. 2 years later we were hit with surprise orders, and Brian helped us out again. Helped us months out on how to prep the house, checked in regularly as we approached listing, then house was on market for only a week before first offer. He helped us find tradesmen short notice to get after buyer inspection requirements, and never pressured us to "just close". End of closing had to be done remotely, and Brian was there for us again keeping everything moving and still checking in on house. Best realtor you can find.

ZillowVERIFIED OMG, there?s so much I could say about Brian. He?s such a humble person, honest, truly cares, he listens to what your wants/needs are but most of all he?s a go getter. He recently sold out home but we gave him a challenge we had a renter in the home and we lived out of state. He said to easy I?ll take care of it no worries. However, he went above and beyond assisting our renter without being asked to get the home ready for showings. At times I felt he was working way harder than my property manager because he was more actively involved with the tenant than they were at times. But his actions paid off. Not only did it sake after hitting market but he did it in two days. Oh but it doesn?t end there he got more than FULL ask, buyer bought the house as is with no issues needed to be fixed, and cherry on top is he got them to pay full closing and oh this is a used home! Now if you can get another realtor to do all this if love to see it. Btw he has a ton of homes he list and he gives every customer the same enthusiasm and hard work. He?s not just a realtor he?s like family to you. If you want a realtor who works for you checks all your boxes and doesn?t do it for just a pay check but enjoys his job an truly passionate he?s your guy. ZillowVERIFIED After making the decision to up root myself from Louisiana to Colorado I had to find a home. Using Zillow I found one I liked and put in a general request. Brian was the ONLY realtor who even answered my email. He went out of his way to answer questions about Colorado housing and guided me in my search. No matter how many times I changed my mind he was always there. If I woke up at 2am and shot him an email, id get a reply within and hour (dont know if he sleeps). if your looking for a realtor in Colorado Springs, LOOK NO FURTHER, Brian is your guy.

He worked with us to find the best match for our list and did not push us towards something that didnt fit. Our seller was another Realtor and let us know that Brian was the reason he accepted our offer (out of 7!) even though it wasnt the highest. He has a great reputation in the realtor community and his advice was exactly correct on the purchase of our new home. Once we were under contract (contingent), Brian spun into action, helping us to know what to do to prep our home to list. 48 hours later the pictures were done and we were on the market. Our first offer was full price with the flexible possession terms we needed. Brian helped us buy, list, and sell in less than 5 days! Brians network of trade partners is solid and Brian managed the schedule of our seller and our buyer and US to close everything on time with zero hiccups. As we were waiting for the last paperwork during closing, I had the opportunity to observe Brian interacting with another realtor - a seasoned veteran in the industry. Brian took the opportunity to learn from that realtor, but showed that he is totally capable and could have stood toe to toe with any realtor but he never tried to give that impression. Hes a good man and I was glad to pay the full commission. Brian is worth every penny. There may be other good realtors out there - youd be smart to give Brian a call.
