Brian Saver earned the top spot as Northrop Realty's #1 Individual Agent in both 2019 and 2020. In just those two years alone, Brian singlehandedly brokered more than $82 Million in Maryland real estate sales volume. Cumulatively, Brian has 18 years of top producing experience and his personal track record includes more than 1200 successful real estate transactions. Brian and his family live in Maple Lawn's Garden District and he's sold 72 Maple Lawn homes to date. He is also a Founders Club, Legends Club, Masters Club, Platinum Club, and five-time Top 20 Agent Award Winner. Prior to joining the Northrop Realty, Brian was a Principal Broker with McWilliams Ballard Florida. Brian attended the University of Central Florida (UCF) to study Business Administration and Real Estate. Brian's expertise includes every property type: from single-family homes and condos to commercial properties, multi-million dollar waterfronts and country club estates.
