We interviewed several real estate agents and hands down decided on Brian, even though his projected list price on the house was lower than the other agents we interviewed. Why? Because he obviously knew the business and what it would take to get us where we wanted to be on price. From the first time he was in our house, to receiving the final check he was totally awesome. He was able to easily troubleshoot a few "bumps" because of his professionalism and the other real estate agents he knows and always kept us in the loop with what was going on. I have to admit, we're picky and, possibly, somewhat difficult to work with. Brian is incredible to work with; he set up a meeting to get to know us, our taste/interests and narrow his search to ensure we weren't overwhelmed with homes that wouldn't be suitable. With his extensive knowledge of the local area and the processes, he made it a breeze. Now, this was quite a feat, because we encountered several issues (on sellers side) along the way that could have derailed the purchase; nevertheless, he remained completely calm, and transferred that calmness to us. He researched all the details of the issues we encountered and came to us with proposed solutions to make is extremely easy for us to resolve.
