ZillowVERIFIEDI decided to move to Florida after my husband passed away as I needed to be close to friends and doctors. Brian was able to assist me find the right 55 plus community that I could afford. Brian knew the people at the sales office for the community where I did buy. Brian assisted me with the first inspection and was able to help me find things that needed to be taken care of before closing. Brian also assisted me at closing to make sure that I understood the paperwork that I was signing for my mortgage. I chose Brian as he had assisted my friends in finding them the right community. Brian has a sense of humor, but also is very knowledgeable with the area, the workings of the buying and selling. He does get to know the person/persons he is working for; what they are looking for in a piece of property, their price range. If I had questions, I could email, call or stop at the office and Brian would always respond back in a timely matter. I would highly recommend Brian and his team as they are very knowledgeable, professional and are very client oriented. Thank you for all your assistance with buying my house.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I first met Brian in 2018 while passing through the Nocatee area. We were very much interested in 55+ communities and what they had to offer, but were not ready to buy because we were still aEURoeLiving The DreamaEUR? on our 40 sailing catamaran ... which we had been doing for the previous 4-1/2 years. Brian give us an excellent overview of what a 55+ community was all about, and showed us several communities and homesites in the Nocatee area. Although we didnt have that much time to spend with Brian, we found him to be personable, enthusiastic, and well informed of current offerings. Now, flash forward one year into late summer of 2019. My wife and I flew back to the U.S. after sailing to the Caribbean Island of Grenada. We contacted Brian, and it was as were just picking up from where we left off one year earlier. During the course of almost 6 weeks, we looked at numerous homes and revisited several 55+ communities. Throughout this time, Brian kept us appraised of any new offerings/developments. And although it was sometimes difficult to reach Brian, he remained patient and professional with us .... even when we wanted to revisit homes we had seen just a few days before. Brian is an excellent real estate agent, and we would not hesitate recommending him to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian was awesome from when we first met with him through closing... and it didn't stop there. His team has functions where they continue to invite past clients. We came down two times and Brian showed us many houses. Nothing was quite right. We then considered new housing, and we are still very happy with our decision. Brian had some great suggestions as to what to have the builder include and what we should do on our own for quite a bit less money. Best of all, because we are from up north and my busy season did not allow us to get down at all during the building process, Brian took photographs and sent them to us regularly and kept on top of each stage of the building process for us.
