ZillowVERIFIED We would highly recommend Cheyenne and the Rutter Home Sales team. The whole process of buying a home went way quicker (in a good way) than we expected! We were first-time home buyers and therefore had no idea what we were doing, but Cheyenne helped us through everything. We initially met (virtually) with Brian Rutter to go over what we were looking for in a home. He then had us go see homes that same weekend with Cheyenne because he was booked, and we just so happened to find the home we wanted that first day and so we stuck with Cheyenne the rest of the way. Any questions that we had Cheyenne answered quickly and thoroughly. She gave us great advice about how to handle different parts of the process and was always super positive and pleasant, very personable. If we buy another house in the area we will definitely return to Cheyenne, or if she's super busy with her inevitably packed list of clients, we'd be happy to work with anyone at Rutter Home Sales. ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Brian by our banker. Which I was thankful for. As looking for a realtor can be a hassle for me. Brian introduced himself via email video from his home. I could hear his little one in the back ground talking. This is a very personal way to introduce yourself to a prospective client. I loved it! Him being a family man meant to me that he knows what a "Home" should be. From out first meeting he is very polite and up front. Asking many questions about our wants and needs. Unfortunately for him we are very picky. He handled everything we threw at him with grace and skill. Even at times when I was frustrated and ready to give up. He somehow would figure it out and was able to talk me through it. He showed us many, many houses. My boyfriend would basically walk through the door and say "Nope this isn't our house" then leave. I felt horrible at times for Brian, because of this. But he hung in there. I found a home not in Brian's county or what I would say his normal range. But he made it happen!! We put this man through the wringer! He always came out smiling. Through loan issues and my many many questions. He was right on top of it all! He was there every bump and step of the way. Honestly, without all his hard work and persistence, we would not have our new home. On the day of closing, I truly believe he was just as happy as we were! He is very knowledgeable and unbelievable patience but is also kind, caring and compassionate he is the realtor you need. Thank you so much for all you did for us!!! We will never forget it.
