He did an excellent job selling our home in Lafayette. My husband and I first spoke to Brian in the summer of 2025. What impressed me initially about Brian was that he was easy to talk to and really knew the market. He has an easygoing, friendly demeanor and a low-pressure approach, while at the same time seeming to possess a wealth of information about the ins and outs of recent real estate transactions in our area. We quickly learned that hes an integral part of multiple networking groups, so while hes an independent realtor, he works closely with other agents and always has his finger on the pulse of whats going on. I'm the first person to admit that I was skeptical about the value of a listing agent (especially for a multi-million-dollar house that was likely to sell quickly). I wondered whether I couldn't just stick a sign in my front yard and let the house and its prime location aEURoesell itself.aEUR? So, while I liked Brian a lot, he still had to earn my trustaEUR"and that he did. We signed on with Brian in the fall of 2025, and not long after, he came up with a detailed plan and schedule for the spring of 2026. It included a day when wed hand over the keys and leave the rest up to him. This meant hed oversee painting, refinishing floors, mulching and garden work, coordinating with stagers, and handling countless other details. Both before and after that point, Brian was in touch with us frequentlyaEUR"daily, evenaEUR"with updates. He knew that we wanted to be involved, keeping tabs on the progress and the market, and he was proactive about staying in touch. At the same time, hes a savvy agent who adapts to whatever his clients need. Selling a house is likely the biggest transaction most of us will ever undertake, and there were times when I was nervous about the market, the broader economy, the process, or one thing or another. Brian was always patient, presenting information or alternatives, sometimes wearing his realtor hat and other times acting like a therapistaEUR"or even a friend. I can honestly say that the house would not have sold as well, or in such a timely manner, if Brian hadn't been there to help each step of the way.
