ZillowVERIFIEDI had very limited experience with Brian Perry, as his assistant Meg was the one who seemed to handle everything in his office. I'm not sure if he even showed my house because there was always another realtor's card left. I know he was not the selling agent. He knew I was not in a hurry to sell and wasn't opposed to taking it off the market, yet he kept advising me to drop the price. I felt this was in his best interest; not mine. Meg is exceptional though. She was very responsive, answered any questions I had, dug up information for me, and was so personal every time we spoke. She even met me at my home to go over an issue from the inspection which was invalid. Kudos to Meg for being so organized, patient and above all, thoughtful.
