ZillowVERIFIED Brian and Jan are both a delight to work with. They helped us navigate through buying our first home and also helping us to sell it 3 years later. They are quite knowledgeable in both processes and I would recommend them to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We looked at quite a few houses and the house we selected had quite a few issues. With a VA Loan it was complicated and picky. They were awesome at texting and keeping us up to date with all of the closing issues. There was a lot of texting going on up to the closing. Thanks to them we were able to close on time.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked primarily with Brian and cannot recommend him enough. Super responsive, and was able to get me in to see every place I wanted to see, even in a super fast-moving market. Very happy with the outcome.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian and Jan were responsive, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and decisive, with humor and laughter as well. We placed our home up for sale at the price they determined best for the marketplace on March 31. We had the check from the closing on the sale of our home on May 1!We would highly recommend them for the great job they did on our behalf!!

ZillowVERIFIED I am very glad we worked with Jan and Brian when buying our first home. They were extremely helpful at every step of the process. We found a house that we are extremely happy with, and I'm sure we would have missed out on it if not for their hard work. Not only did they find our perfect house which we nearly overlooked, they also helped find a new lender when our first option fell through. They will be the first people I call the next time we are looking to move.

ZillowVERIFIED The Patt-Handlon team are excellent! I recently purchased a property that was very large and they were able to handle everything smoothly. Jan and Brian made sure everything was in place, they made sure everything was on schedule, and they made sure there were no kinks. They both go out of their way to make your experience great and help you along in any way possible. They provide detailed graphs that made me feel confident that I was getting a fair price and good deal. I highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I appreciate that Brian and Jan know what to look for in terms of evaluating right away whether a property is a good investment. We saw some places that turned out to be bad investments and Brian gave us sound reasons why. This added a feeling of his personal interest in us and trust to our relationship with him. It means he wasnt just out for the sale. Overall we are happy with our new investment home and if we purchase another one we will definitely call Brian and Jan at Patt-Handlon again for our third purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian and Jan were the most wonderful realtors to work withaEUR"we have no idea how we got so lucky in finding them. They made our house buying experience as easy and stress free as possible. Considering this was our first home purchase and neither of us had any experience buying a home, Brian and Jan walked us through every step with not only patience, but enthusiasm. Every time we spoke to them, be it a simple text or a conversation face to face, it felt like they were just as excited as we were about our new home. They always knew just who to call for the right information, they set up everything that we couldnt do ourselves since we were living out of state, and in the end, they negotiated an amazing deal for us. We are so grateful for them and cant imagine what the process would have been like without their expertise and professional partnership. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home in Milwaukee or the surrounding area!!

ZillowVERIFIED Wonderful realtors! They sold our home during a difficult time and handled a hard sale with 2 owners going threw a divorce. They were so great, when it came to buying my new home I immediately called them , their advice got me into my home despite not being the highest offer with 41 other offers. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian Patt and KW partner Jan Handlon have proven to be worth every penny. As an out-of-state investor, I contacted 6 realtors via Zillow to ask if they would help me find investment-quality properties. Only Brian responded! Not only was he willing to assist me as an out-of-state investor, he launched himself into the work. His full-service package of property reviews, insightful analysis, and "can-do" attitude combined to be exactly what I needed. I have come to trust Brian's word implicitly; he knows what I am looking for and I know I can count on him to keep my best interests in mind. We have since closed on four properties together, with three of those happening on the same day. Brian and Jan have earned my repeat business!

ZillowVERIFIED Brian and Jan are the two best realtors we have ever met. They both stood out as knowledgeable and passionate people from the day we met them at a house showing. We soon chose them as our realtors and within 2 weeks we had an accepted offer on our first home after a year and a half of looking. It does not stop there with these two, they took care of things that we never expected after our first home to ensure everything was ready for us to move in. We put full trust in both of them every step of the way and we were never disappointed. I would highly recommend Brian and Jan as your realtor. Thanks to their skills, passion and knowledge they found us our perfect first home and we will work with them again in the future.

They did their research and got to know us so they had an idea of what we were looking for, and went out of the way to show us everything we wanted to see. They really simplified the closing process, and everything went smoothly for a faster-than-usual closing. I will be recommending them to everyone in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm not normally someone who wrights reviews. In this case I do have to say that the Real Estate Sales team of Brian and Jan Patterson offered strong, personable, complete and honest home selling experience for me. I owned my house for 30+years and they knew it, the neighborhood, and values better than me.They were easy to talk to, readily accessible, and not overbearing. Most importantly..... They got it done!I most certainly will consider them in future transactions.
