Brian was AMAZING to work with. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and was unfamiliar with the entire process, Brian was very knowledgeable and was always available to answer my questions. Buying a home is a huge step, I was a little on the picky side, Brian was very patient with me. He showed me many houses (on evenings and weekends to accommodate my work schedule) until I finally found the home I wanted. He negotiated with the seller and was able to get me a great deal even in a sellers market. I came to Brian with my preapproval letter, the rate was not the best Brian learned of a special program for first time home buyers, immediately let me know and worked with me and the loan officer to get a much better rate! Overall, Brian went above and beyond and I highly recommend him!

This was our first experience selling a house. Brian guided us through the entire procedure. He explained the process, offered suggestions and patiently guided us every step of the way. Brian gwas always very available to answer any questions we had. He kept us informed of activity re: the sale of the house. We were not able to attend the closing and Brian took care of the entire procedure. He texted us after the proceedings to inform us that everything went well. This was a difficult time for us (death in the family) and Brian was a great help. We would definitely recommend Brian for his expertise in the real estate field.

I would definitely recommend Brian Parks when purchasing your next home, He really knows stuff. As a longtime renter, he assured my wife and I that purchasing would turn out to be a cheaper monthly payment, and he was right on the money. He paid close attention to our ?Want List? in a house.
