Once we received a reasonable offer, that's where his expertise truly shined. The buyer continually changed lenders or had other issues, which extended the closing dates. It would have been even more frustrating if Brian wasn't there to thoroughly explain everything to us and, more importantly, to communicate with the buyer's seemingly inexperienced realtor about their options.
