ZillowVERIFIEDI would highly recommend Brian to everyone. He kept right on top of our property and kept us informed on everything going on in our area. He is so friendly and easy to work with. I know that he had our same interest in mind and not just another sale!

ZillowVERIFIED Brian was open and upfront with us on all of the offers we received and worked with us to help us get a fair price on our home. He was very prompt in keeping us informed of changes along the way. We felt we could trust Brian as a real estate agent and he didn't let us down. We sold our home quickly because he had a good marketing routine.

ZillowVERIFIED We each have people in our lives whom we trust such as our family Physician, Dentist, Veterinarian or clergy and for me and my family Brian is our families agent. When it comes to his vast knowledge of real estate coupled with his experience in building he has the advantage over most of the agents out there. Brian's open, honest and no pressure style helped my family develop a strong relationship with him the first time we met, we had no doubt from that time forward our situation was being handled by the very best. I also love the fact Brian is open to sharing his knowledge with his clients which ensures that everyone is on the same page and nobody gets blindsided. Brian is our families agent but more importantly we are happy to call him our friend. Without a doubt Brian is outstanding at what he does, he is honest, professional, knowledgeable and represents his clients with the highest degree of integrity. I would not recommend anyone but him... period.

ZillowVERIFIED We are working with Brian right now in selling our home. Brian has been excellent in returning our calls, patient with all of our questions and concerns and has kept us updated on what is happening. He helped us find a real estate agent in Montana that we have loved working with. I would highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about how much help Brian was in all these areas. I was out of state and he took care of us during difficult building process. He is the guy that made it happen. If you ever move to the Provo, Orem, Park City areas. you won't go wrong with him

ZillowVERIFIED I had a very difficult vacation property to sell, and Brian handled it wonderfully. As an out of state seller, I found him easy to contact, and he certainly went over and beyond to help with this sale. I heartily recommend Brian; if I ever move back to Utah, he will be one of the first calls I make!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Brian Olsen to any and every person looking to buy or sell. I had a property that was, due to many unique circumstances, not an easy property to market. Not only did Brian handle the situation skillfully, he instilled confidence in me, not an easy task, as I was doing this from out of state. I have the highest praise for him, and have let everyone I know just have pleased I am.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian kept on top of the little details as well a big. He never stopped working even thou this was a tough sale requiring many signatures and a survey. Brian was at the location every step of the way and represented us, as we live out of state. I would use Brian for all my transactions and real estate dealings. His knowledge of the area is very impressive, which helped with this difficult sale. Very friendly and easy to work with. Stays on top of the sale and keeps all parties informed so everyone involved was kept up to date.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian helped my wife and I buy the perfect home. He treated us with respect and honesty. It was a very easy process. We owned the home for about 4 months until we realized we needed to move out of state for work. We had our home on ksl for about a month. Then we decided we needed to have it sold quickly. We had Brian list it. It was only on the market for 4 days until Brian had it under contract. It can't get much faster than that. Buying and Selling the home was easy. He gave us all possible options and let us make the decisions. Brian Olsen is our Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Brian for over a year trying to find the right home. I really enjoyed how Brian was not pushy, and left all decisions up to us. He was always willing to give his opinion and advice when I asked. I enjoyed working with him, and I know we will use him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian is one of the best agents we've worked with. A few things stood out: 1. Responsive - He gets back to us quickly with detailed answers to everything we've asked for 2. Has a good salesman manner - He never appeared to be pushy, rushing, or dishonest 3. Efficient - He is very knowledgeable in Park City area. To help us make the best decision, he showed us two other houses which represented two drastically different types. Within half a day, we were clear in available choices and able to make the decision.

ZillowVERIFIED Helped with a home being bought from out of town, when ever there was a question, if Brian did not know the answer he would say so, hunt down the answer and get back to us, what more could a person want!
