ZillowVERIFIED As a first-time buyer of a home, Brian laid everything out on the table and gave us exactly what we needed to do, even offering suggestions and helpful tips along the way. Not only did he take time to explain everything in detail, he was patient and understanding when things didnt go our way and the situation was a bit stressful. Brian was extremely helpful in finding ways to negotiate with sellers and other agents, including ways to find things that we could improve upon the house that we were buying. In addition, Brian was responsive at all hours. If we had a question at 11:30 at night time, he was able to respond within 30 minutes or directly the next morning by 7:00 a.m. In addition, he worked with our loan officers and processors to ensure that we had what we needed and it was communicative with everybody involved. Hes incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful and getting information and helped us out in every way possible. I would definitely work with him again in buying or selling a house. Hes friendly, hes personable and a good guy.

We have been working with him for about two years as we had to take a break through some of it. We were picky about what we wanted but brian would meet us for showings at whatever time worked for us and our insane schedules to make sure we had a chance to see it before it sold. He made himself available day and night for any questions we had as first time home buyers (which were a lot). When we went to put an offer in on a house he was honest with us on what to offer to ensure we got the house we?ve always wanted and wouldn?t lose the deal as it is very competitive right now.
